Application Details

Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit Dilution: 1/16000. Western Blot: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Approx 28-30 kDa band observed in Human Bone Marrowlysates (calculated MW of 31.0 kDa according to NP_005009.1). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
