Specificity: This antibody is useful for Western blot analysis, where a band is seen at ~36 kDa (isoform 2). After a longer exposure, a 31 kDa band can be detected (isoform 1). There is also a non-specific band at ~58 kDa.

Cross-Reactivity: Human, Mouse

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues within 200-286 at C-terminus of human SPDYA. This immunogen is conserved in both isoforms 1 and 2.
