alpha-1-antitrypsin Antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
alpha-1-antitrypsin Antibody was raised against synthetic peptide EDFHVDQVTTVK found at an internal region of alpha-1-antitrypsin.
ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx 52 kDa band observed in Albumin-depleted Human Serum lysates (calculated MW of 46.7 kDa according to NP_000286.3). The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μ,g/mL.
