Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx 25  kDa band observed in Human Liver and Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 21.3  kDa according to NP_001638.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μ,g/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows staining of the brush border of PCT. Recommended concentration, 5-10μ,g/mL. Enzyme immunoassay:This antibody was reported to work in sandwich-type ELISA both as a capture and detection antibody.
