Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: 1μ,g/mL staining of Human Heart and Kidney lysates, 2μ,g/mL staining of Rat Heart lysate, and 2μ,g/mL staining of NIH3T3 cell lysate (35μ,g protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
