IL-17D Antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
IL-17D Antibody was raised against synthetic peptide EKDADSINSSIDK found at an internal region (near the C Terminus) of IL-17D.
ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approx 28 kDa band observed in Human Adipose lysates (calculated MW of 21.9 kDa according to NP_612141.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μ,g/mL.
