ELISA:
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μ,L/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μ,g/mL of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/mL of recombinant human IFN-γ, when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IFN-γ, (XP-5155Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 μ,g/mL.
Western Blot:
To detect hIFN-γ, by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μ,g/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hIFN-γ, is 1.0-3.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. - Restrictions
