TNFSF13B
Reactivity: Human
WB, IHC, IF
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
BAFF antibody can be used to recognize membrane-bound human BAFF by immunocytochemistry and western blot. Anti-BAFF (MAb Buffy-1) detects endogenous protein by Flow Cytometry. Method: 293T cells (5 x 105) expressing surface BAFF vector or Mock transfected, were incubated on ice for 30 min in 50 μ,l FACS buffer (PBS, 5 % fetal calf serum, 0.02 % azide) containing 4 μ,g/mL of Buffy-1 antibody. After washing in FACS buffer, FITC-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added and cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
