- Recognizes a b subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin. Cross-reactivity in % with hTSH (<0.5), hFSH (<0.5), hLH (0.86), a-hCG (1.3) and b-hCG (77). Cross-reactivity with other glycoprotein hormones and free subunits of HCG was estimated in double-antibody RIA. Affinity constant: 5.1 x 10E10 l/mol.
