Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL. Boiling the sections is required. Immunocytochemistry (Acetone fixed cells): 0.5-1 μg/mL. Antigen retrieval by Pepsin and Trypsin is required.
