    pThr91, pThr93

    Purpose

    Phospho C-Jun (Thr91, Thr93) Antibody

    Specificity

This gene is the putative transforming gene of avian sarcoma virus 17. It encodes a protein which is highly similar to the viral protein, and which interacts directly with specific target DNA sequences to regulate gene expression. This gene is intronless and is mapped to 1p32-p31, a chromosomal region involved in both translocations and deletions in human malignancies.

    Cross-Reactivity (Details)

    Human. Rat.

    Purification

200ug/ml of Ab Purified by Protein A.

    Immunogen

    c-Jun protein phosphorylated at T91 and T93

    Isotype

    IgG1, kappa
  • Application Notes

Known_Application: Flow Cytometry (1-2 μg/million cells), Immunofluorescence (1-2 μg/mL), Western Blot (1-2 μg/mL), Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed) (1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT)(Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes),Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.

Positive_Control: HEK293, HeLA or A-431 cells, Human normal lung or bladder tissue.
