- CD28-A can be used together with antigen to co-stimulate specific T cells. It is also possible to use with anti-CD3 polyclonal stimulation. Suitable anti-CD3 mAbs are CD3-2 for human T cells and CD3-1 for macaque T cells. The recommended working concentration of CD28-A is 0.1 μg/mL
