- Application Notes
- Western Blot (1:1,000)Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications.Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.,Immunoprecipitation: Does not immunoprecipitate intact proteasomes from HeLa cell preparations.Immunohistochemistry: Has been shown to have applicability in immunohistochemical applications using human tissue.Western blot: Single dimension SDS-PAGE of a HeLa cell lysate followed by Western blotting gives a single band with a relative molecular weight of ~28 kDa.
