Purpose: Anti-HLA-G APC

Characteristics: The antibody MEM-G/11 recognizes an extracellular epitope of HLA-G1 antigen. HLA-G belongs to the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib, nonclassical) and it is expressed on the surface of trophoblast cells.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with activated allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: Recombinant human HLA-G refolded with beta2-microglobulin and peptide.

Isotype: IgG1
