Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 28kD band observed in Mouse and Rat Lung lysates (calculated MW of 23.4kD according to Mouse NP_598557.3). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
