    Specificity
This antibody reacts with blood group substance A, subtype A1 and A2, on the cell membranes of epithelium, endothelium and red blood cells.
    Purification
    Concentrated.
    Immunogen
    Synthetic trisaccharide, alpha-D-N-Acetyl-galactosamine-(1-3)-(alpha-L-Fuc(1-2))-beta-D-Gal.

  • Application Notes
    Immunohistochemistry: 1:50.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50 in IHC. It is recommended that this product be used on frozen tissue sections or specimens. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
