    Application
Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (Acetone-fixed) (IHC (af)), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
    Specificity
This antibody reacts with CD13, a 150 kD cell surface glycoprotein. The CD13 antigen is identical to aminopeptidase N. The specificity of these antibodies are similar to those of WM-15 and My7.
    Purification
    Purified.
    Immunogen
    Human KG-1 (myeloid) cultured cells.
    Clone
    B347 (B-F10)
    Isotype
    IgG1 kappa
  • Application Notes
    Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
    Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on acetone fixed frozen cryostat sections.
