Application Notes Immunohistochemistry 1:500 - 1:1000, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:10-1:500, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 1:500 - 1:1000IHC-P: Use at a dilution range of 1:500-1:1000. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. IF and ICC use reported in the literature (PMID: 22114116). Note:- Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
