Characteristics: Recombinant Human Interleukin-11/IL-11 is produced in P. pastoris by recombinant DNA technology. The protein has a molecular mass of approximately 19,0 kDa and is non-glycosylated. The protein is 177 amino acids in length and differs from the 178 amino acid length of native IL-11 by lacking the amino-terminal praline residue.

Reconstitution: It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 2 % Glycine, pH 7.2.

Handling Advice: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
