- Background
- STXBP6, also known as Syntaxin-binding protein 6, binds components of the SNARE complex and may be involved in regulating SNARE complex formation. This protein forms non-fusogenic complexes with SNAP25 and STX1A and may thereby modulate the formation of functional. Recombinant human STXBP6 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
