    Biological Activity Comment
Immobilized Human CD200, hFc Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human CD200 R1, His Tag with the EC50 of 1.2μg/ml determined by ELISA. See testing image for detail.
  • Restrictions
    For Research Use only
  • Format
    Lyophilized
    Reconstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
    Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
    Storage
    4 °C,-80 °C
    Storage Comment
Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
    Expiry Date
    12 months

    Background
CD200R, CRTR2, MOX2R, OX2R, CD200 R1, CD200 receptor 1, HCRTR2, MOX2 receptor,CD200Fc, a chimeric molecule including the extracellular domain of CD200 and a murine IgG2a Fc region, regulates immune responses following engagement of a cell surface receptor, CD200R, expressed on cells of the myeloid and T cell lineage. A recent report focused attention on a family of CD200Rs, but concluded that only one member used CD200 as its ligand.
    Molecular Weight
29.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
