ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blotting (WB), Dot Blot (DB), Immunoelectron Microscopy (IEM)
    Purification
    Preadsorption: Solid phase absorption
    Immunogen
    Human IgG whole molecule.
  • Application Notes
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:7,000 to1:32,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

    Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
    Restrictions
    For Research Use only
  • Reconstitution
Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
    Concentration
    1.0 mg/mL
    Buffer
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.
    Preservative
    Gentamicin sulfate
    Precaution of Use
This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, which should be handled by trained staff only.
    Handling Advice
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
    Storage
    4 °C/-20 °C
    Storage Comment
Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
