- Application Notes
-
Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assaysrequiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. Western Blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/500-1/2,500
Note: This antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG F(c) in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as asubstrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. - Restrictions

- Precaution of Use
- This product contains Gentamicin sulfate: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE, which should be handled by trained staff only.
- Handling Advice
-
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase. - Storage
- 4 °C/-20 °C
- Storage Comment
- Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
