- Characteristics
- This polyclonal antibody reacts with the heavy chains of IgG and the light chains common to most immunoglobulins from Syrian hamster. No cross-reactivity has been detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with mouse, rat, human, bovine, and rabbit immunoglobulins, but may cross-react with Syrian hamster IgM and Armenian hamster immunoglobulins.
- Purification
- The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin.
