- Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (1:20000 - 1:100000), IF, IHC, WB
Usage: Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Rat IgM in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:20000 to 1:100000 of the concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Comment
