- Purpose
- Rabbit anti-pig IgG recognizes pig IgM mu heavy chain. This secondary antibody was purified using delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. The antibody is conjugated with Peroxidase.
- Specificity
- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgM and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Swine IgG.
