Application Notes: Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:32000), WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 37kD band observed in Human Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 25.4kD according to NP_006128.1). We do note that CD7 is a glycoprotein which makes a higher size band to be expected. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 μg/mL.
