Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
Direct ELISA To detect Human FGF-10 (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) a concentrationof 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. In conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents, it allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human FGF-10. Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human FGF-10 (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. In conjunction with PolyclonalAnti-Human FGF-10 (PP1119P) as a capture antibody, it allows the detection of at least0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hFGF-10. Western blot: To detect Human FGF-10 this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limitfor recombinant hFGF-10 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducingconditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

FGF10 is a heparin binding growth factor that stimulates the proliferation and activation of cells that express FGF receptors. FGF10 is mostly related to FGF-7/KGF and is expressed during development and preferentially in adult lungs.Synonyms: FGF-10, Fibroblast growth factor 10, KGF2, Keratinocyte growth factor 2
