Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:1000-1:4000. Use 0.1 μg phosphorylated peptide in a standard capture ELISA using TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:1000. Positive control: WB: Mouse cardiac myocyte lysate.
