Application Notes: Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC, IHC-P (1:100), WB (1:100 - 1:250)

Usage: Flow Cytometry: Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistology: This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with sodium citrate buffer  pH 6.0 prior to staining paraffin sections.
