  • Application Notes
    Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (5 - 10 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 5-10 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: IMR-5 cells. Pancreas or Pheochromocytoma or GI tumor.
