- Recognizes purified elementary bodies, disrupted (all serovars A-K, L1-L3). Cross-reacts with Chlamydia psittacii and Chlamydia pneumoniae (TWAR). Negative uninfected cell reactivity against HEp-2 cells and egg yolk sac.
