Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Western Blot: Approximately 25 kDa band in human brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 25 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Flow cytometry: This antibody was successfully used on rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (RASF).
