Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 50 kDa band in human brain lysates and 48 kDa in rat brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The observed band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. In transfected MCF7 transiently expressing human UGT8 a band of approximately. 65 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected MCF7. The calculated molecular size is 61.5 kDa according to NP_003351.2. Recommended concentration, 1-3 μg/mL. Preliminary experiments gave an approximately 50 kDa band in human -brain lysates and 48 kDa in rat brain lysates after 1μg/mL antibody staining. . The observed band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
