Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Purification
Fubp1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
Fubp1 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid peptide near the internal region of Fubp1 (mouse, aa160-174).
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. The starting concentration recommended for Western Blot is 0.03-0.1μg/mL. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil shows staining in a selection of cells mostly outside the germinal centre.. Recommended concentration, 4-8 g/mL.
