CDX2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
CDX2 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of CDX2.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Approximately 38 kDa band observed in human kidney and liver lysates (calculated MW of 33.5 kDa according to NP_001256.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Qualtrough et al Gut. 2002 Aug,51 (2) :184-90, PMID: 12117877). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
