Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 22 kDa band observed in human brain and mouse brain lysates (calculated MW of 23.3 kDa according to NP_003072.2 and NP_570824.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human cerebral cortex shows axon/dendrite staining leaving cell bodies relatively unstained. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
