Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 250 kDa band in human cerebellum lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 250 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
