Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC)
Purification
CCKBR antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
CCKBR antibody was raised against a 16 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of CCKBR.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in purified membranes of rat insulinoma cell line RIN14B (calculated MW of 48.4 kDa according to NP_033957.1). The observed molecular weight also corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Morisset et al J Histochem Cytochem. 2003 Nov,51 (11) :1501-13, PMID: 14566022). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human pancreas, shows strong staining in islets of Langerhans and weak staining in acinar cells. Recommended concentration, 3 μg/mL.
