DKC1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
DKC1 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of DKC1.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 70-75 kDa band in human bone marrow, duodenum and skin lysates after 0.01 μg/mL antibody staining.7 kDa according to NP_001354.1. The 70-75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human spleen shows strong nuclear staining of select splenocytes. Recommended concentration, 5-10 μg/mL.
