Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 59.7 kDa according to NP_005301.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing GRB7 a band of approximately 60 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
