Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa and a stronger 28 kDa in human colon and duodenum lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.1 kDa according to NP_071640.1. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
