Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: No signal obtained yet but low background observed in human placenta lysate at up to 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human pancreas, shows strong cytoplasmic staining of some cells in the islets of Langerhans. Recommended concentration, 10 μg/mL.
