Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 48 kDa band observed in lysates of human brain, kidney and testis (calculated MW of 42.8 kDa according to NP_006087.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
