Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:1,000. Western Blot: Approximately 20-22 kDa band in human heart, kidney, liver, lung, placenta and testis lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.The 20-22 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
