TREM2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
TREM2 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of TREM2.

Reactivity: Mouse, Human
WB, ELISA
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 80 kDa and 30 kDa in human cerebellum lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.4 kDa according to NP_061838.1. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human spleen shows staining of macrophages. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL.
