Cross-Reactivity (Details): Tyr1173 corresponds to Tyr1197 in the human (isoforms a) and mouse precursor proteins, and to Tyr1196 in the mature rat and pig precursor proteins. This antibody does not interact with the non-phosphorylated EGFRor with other unrelated phosphothyrosine proteins. Crossreacts with Human, Mouse and Dog.

Immunogen: Phospho EGFR antibody was raised in mouse using a sythetic peptide conjugated to KLH with contains the Y1173 motif of the human EGFR as the immunogen.
