Application
- ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
- Specificity
- Specific for native human PAPP-A. The epitope is different from that of clone 6F174 and is located on the PAPP-A subunit of the heterotetramer. Detects only unreduced PAPP-A in Western Blot. In sandwich ELISA with a polyclonal antibody in coat reacts poorly with PAPP-A in third trimester serum.
