ELISA: 1/5000-1/10000. Western Blot: 1/500-1/1000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
ERKs (extracellular signal-regulated protein kinases) are members of the Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) family, which play pivotal roles in mediating signal transduction from the cell surface to the nucleus. ERKs are regulated predominantly by extracellular ligands which act through membrane transmembrane receptors with intrinsic or associated tyrosine kinase activity. Unlike the MAP kinases ERK3 is localized in the nucleus in quiescent and growth factor-stimulated cells.Synonyms: Extracellular signal-regulated kinase 3, MAP kinase isoform p97, Mitogen-activated protein kinase 6, Serine/threonine-protein kinase, p97-MAPK
