This antibody detects Rb pSer811. Predicted to cross react with Mouse (100 % Antigen Homology).
Purification
Protein G Affinity Chromatography. Then, the antibody fraction is peptide affinity purified in a 2-step procedure with control and phosphorylated peptides. The phospho-specific antibody is eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Immunogen
This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding S811 of human RB.
ELISA: 1/1,000. Dot Blot: 1/500. Immunohistochemistry: 1/50approx. 1/100. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
